The Helping Soul Foundation is a New Delhi-based non-profit trust established in 2015 to empower underserved communities. Driven by a mission to resolve complex social issues, the foundation fosters collaboration between the state, corporations, and civil society.

Its primary focus lies in healthcare, where it organises free medical camps, provides essential medicines, and facilitates Ayushman Bharat registrations for the underprivileged. In education, the organisation promotes scientific research and technical skill development.

By bridging the gap between academic innovation and market-ready solutions, HS Foundation supports budding scientists and startups. Under the leadership of Managing Trustee Ashish Dwivedi, the foundation operates as a registered 12A/80G entity dedicated to social justice, health equity, and sustainable community growth across India.
